We collect account information (name, email, company), job-site data you upload (blueprints, photos, tool tags), and limited device and usage data needed to operate the app.
We use your data to deliver the Altivex service, sync blueprints, track equipment, generate logs, and improve product reliability. We never sell your data.
We share data only with subprocessors required to run the service (hosting, email delivery, analytics) under written data-protection agreements.
Project data is retained for the life of your account and for 90 days after cancellation so you can export. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data by emailing privacy@altivex.app.
